We use commercial-grade coal tar emulsion and asphalt emulsion sealers depending on the application. Both provide excellent UV protection, water resistance, and durability. We don't use cheap, watered-down products.
Crack sealing fills individual cracks with hot rubberized sealant to block water infiltration. Seal coating applies a protective layer over the entire asphalt surface to defend against UV rays, water, and oil. For best results, crack seal first, then seal coat over the top.
