JC Property Maintenance started the way most good things do: with a need and the determination to meet it. Back in 2014, Colby saw property owners struggling to find reliable help, people who would show up when they said they would and do the job right.
What began as a one-man operation with a pickup truck and a commitment to honest work has grown into a full-service property maintenance company. We have expanded our team, our equipment, and our capabilities, but our values remain exactly the same.
From our home base in Bluffdale, we now serve communities throughout Salt Lake County and Utah Valley. Every property we maintain, every parking lot we pave, every storm we respond to, it is all built on that original promise: show up, work hard, and take care of people.
